Bid #2027-01: This Project consists, in general, of utility connections and hardscape adjacent to building, construction of foundation and concrete slab for 24,000 sq ft metal building (furnished and installed under Phase 2), all interior improvements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a complete facility as depicted in the drawings and specifications. Phase 1 – Site Work (Site prep, grading, and site utilities) is complete. Phase 1B (Site concrete and paving) to be completed prior to Phase 3. Phase 2 (Construction of the exterior shell of the building, including pre-engineered metal building system, skylights, exterior doors and windows and louvers) is also separate. This Phase 3 focuses on interior fit-out, MEP systems, and adjacent hardscape/utility connections.
