Orange/Blue Reversible Plastic Trash Bags

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking bids for an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver orange and blue reversible plastic trash bags on an as-needed basis. These dual-colored bags support the Adopt-a-Highway program, allowing participants to separate regular trash from recycled items. The solicitation requires the procurement of 7,500 cases, with each case containing 20 rolls of 10 bags. The bags must have minimum inside dimensions of 30 by 34 inches, a maximum capacity of approximately 28 gallons, and a thickness between 1.65 and 2 Mil. Successful vendors must deliver goods Free-On-Board Destination to the NCDOT Central Inventory Warehouse in Raleigh, NC, within 30 calendar days of receiving a purchase order. Packaging must be organized at 40 cases per pallet with specific labeling and shipping documentation. Payment is contingent upon inspection and acceptance by the Contract Manager.
