Sole Source Public Notice
Metro intends to award a sole source contract to Pattern Pro's LLC for Lead-Free Hunting Oregon as a Sole Source contract.
Metro has determined, under Administrative Rules Division 47-0275 Sole-Source Procurements, that competition is not feasible because the required services are available from only one source.
Contractors who feel adversely affected by the award of the sole source procurement will have seven (7) calendar days from the issuance of the sole source notice to file a protest in accordance with Metro’s Administrative Rule 47-0710.
Protests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the postmarked date of this notice. The appeal must be submitted in writing to the Metro Procurement Officer to 600 NE Grand Ave., Portland OR 97232.
