Description of the Requirement: This requirement is: A continuation of internal efforts to create the stand-up organization. Emphasis will be on the net new component(s) of the organization, but subsequent efforts to review the existing structure to look for areas to reduce duplication of effort or leverage economies of scale will need to be performed. The priorities, business plans and activities will be updated to ensure that the right organizational structure and the right number of qualified resources are in place to meet the office’s mandate and objectives. Furthermore, the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) will be working closely with its partners and stakeholders as it explores all avenues to achieve a seamless transition.
