ORR Technology Modernization (OTM) Follow-On TO 2: ORR Home Studies and Post-release Services Application Enhancement and Support

The contract aims to enhance and support the ORR Home Studies and Post-release Services Application to ensure thorough evaluations of potential sponsors before children are released from ORR custody. These home studies involve comprehensive interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of the home environment, focusing on the sponsor’s ability to meet the child’s physical, emotional, and safety needs.
