INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING EQUAL PRODUCTS: If your company will be bidding equal products and not Name Brand, please provide samples and product literature for evaluation by GRSSC's Quality Assurance Officer, Mr. Alvester Chee, within seven (7) days of your written offer. After the items are received at the GRSSC warehouse, the Quality Assurance Officer may take up to 4-6 weeks to evaluate the items with the departmental supply selection committees to determine which supplies are adequate for GRSSC stock. Accordingly, GRSSC requests that RFQ prices are valid for at least 6-8 weeks past the RFQ due date. AWARD INFORMATION: Award will be made using (1) Evaluation of quotations or offers per FAR 13.106-2, taking into consideration the responsiveness and responsibility factors for offeror whose quote, conforming to the requirements herein, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
