US SPACE ECONOMY STUDY


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.


This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1305M426Q0084.


This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541720. The small business size standard is $28.0M.


This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial services:


Line Item 0001 – This study will identify and justify a set of defined metrics that can support recurring federal assessment and provide policymakers with sustained insight into the growth, health, competitiveness, resilience, and emerging challenges of the ecosystem, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work.


The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed 180 calendar days. Quotes are due no later than 9:00 A.M. ET on September 17, 2026.
