This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services
prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis,
TN 38118 is issuing an RFQ for commercial single award contract. The North American
Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 336390, Other Motor
Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 1000 employees. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued.
This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) for OSHKOSH Fire Truck Parts is being set aside for Total
Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot
quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be
considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's
intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this
solicitation is to find a small business to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing.
Please provide a quote for brand name in accordance with the attached parts list. Quote shall be
FOB destination with shipping charges included in quote.
