The purpose of this amendment is to add Appendix A to section J of the solicitation and extend solicitation proposal due date to 24 August 2026 at 12:00 CST.

The purpose of this amendment is to add an Asbestos report, add the RFI answers, and add the sign in sheet from the site visit.

NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically.



Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full carpet replacement with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) section of B926. The project also includes the approximate replacement of 230 sqft of carpet tile with carpet tile, and the demolition of a wall between two existing rooms. This work will have to be done in phases to maintain security of the area. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. 


Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 6 August 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 7:30 AM CST on 23 July 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 7:30 AM CST on 23 Jul 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit.


Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. All photo IDs must meet the requirements for "REAL ID." 


Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.


IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors’ center at 9:00 AM CST.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
