Pre-Solicitation Notice W81K0222Q0030 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0030 to Premier Shockwave, Inc. in the estimated amount of $50,000.00 for an 03 priority purchase of OssaTron High Energy Devices for Orthotripsy that will be used in patient specific procedures located in the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Service at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. Prior to the procedure, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA approved.
