OST/Griggs Area Drainage and Paving Improvements

The City of Houston is soliciting Requests for Qualifications under solicitation number PES-2026-0012 for Professional Engineering Services to implement drainage and paving improvements in the OST/Griggs Area. The project scope is comprehensive, encompassing hydrology and hydraulics, surveying, geotechnical and environmental services, and the design of water, wastewater, and mobility infrastructure, including streetlights and traffic signals.
