This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12443926Q0069 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Silver Branch Plant Survey Contract 3. The purpose of the contract is to survey specified areas of the Ottawa National Forest for the presence of Regional Forester’s Sensitive plants, State of Michigan listed plants, other plants of potential viability concern, priority non-native invasive plants, and plants of cultural significance.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620 The small business size standard is $19 M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The period of performance start date of June 1, 2026 is estimated and could change.
At least 3 weeks must pass between consecutive surveys in a stand. All surveys must be completed by September 15, 2027. All results and completed paperwork must be submitted by October 15, 2027.
The Contractor shall progressively accomplish the work at a rate that will result in completion of the contract within the time specified.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except those designated as Government-furnished property listed in the Statement of Work).
