Our Island Home Medical Director

The Town of Nantucket is soliciting quotes for a Medical Director for the Our Island Home Skilled Nursing Facility under solicitation 2026-OIH-0901. The selected physician will be responsible for coordinating medical care, providing clinical guidance, overseeing resident care policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance with federal and state laws. The contract is structured for a base period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with the Town maintaining the sole discretion to renew for two additional one-year terms, not to exceed three years in total. Award will be granted to the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest price, with evaluations focusing on price and the quality of at least three professional references from the past three years.
