The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is conducting a Sources Sought notice to gather market research information for a major construction project involving Commercial and Institutional Building Construction under NAICS code 236220 in remote areas of Oregon. The estimated contract value ranges between $250 million and $500 million, with a notably aggressive construction schedule anticipated. Industry feedback is being sought to inform the final development of the requirements, including capabilities related to the demanding timeline. A webinar is planned for May 13, 2026, to further discuss the project, followed by one-on-one interviews with prime vendors after the sources sought period ends on May 15, 2026.
