**Amendment 02 is to extend the solicitation in order to allow a vendor to provide a quote.**


**Amendment 01 is to add a question and the answer provided for clarifications on this solicitation.** 


Question 1: Is pricing required for all CLINs to be considered for award? Answer: It is the USCG's preference to receive pricing for all CLINs provided, but it is not required for consideration. 


This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 70Z03826QL0000144 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1250 people. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.


It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract shall be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror as a result of this solicitation.


Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts required to successfully perform the required overhauls. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs/overhauls are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.


The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.


NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USCG.
