The item is classified as a Critical Safety Item and must be overhauled at the contractor’s facility with delivery performed FOB Origin. This procurement is restricted exclusively to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Inc. (CAGE 78286), the sole Systems Readiness Directorate-approved source authorized to perform this work due to proprietary technical data and certification requirements. All required Army regulations, technical manuals, and bulletins are available through the Army Publishing Directorate website, while requests for DMWRs and MEOs must include a completed DD Form 2345 and CMMC certification printout. The requirement remains unfunded, and award is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds; the solicitation will be issued only to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, and no competitive bidding will be opened to other parties unless they achieve SRD approval. Questions may be directed to Contract Specialist Aysia Young or Contracting Officer Edward Peterson via the provided email addresses.
