Request for Qualifications Overlake Accessibility Improvements Project Number: 2332 Proposals Due: September 23, 2026, 4:00 p.m. The City of Redmond is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for design services for the construction of ADA curb ramps primarily within the vicinity of 150th Avenue NE and NE 40th Street. The selected consultant team will be responsible for preparing planning level analyses, identifying appropriate locations, developing a design report, obtaining necessary permits, and producing plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The team will also provide support services related to real property and arborist assessments.
