Oversight and/or guidance to a Charter Review Committee

The City of New Braunfels is seeking qualified respondents to provide oversight and guidance to a Charter Review Committee through a solicitation process with the number 1190, posted on July 9, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s WorkdaySpend portal by 3:00 PM Central Time on August 11, 2026; hard copies are accepted only if delivered in a sealed container to the City Secretary’s Office at 550 Landa Street, clearly labeled with the solicitation number and project title, though no public bid opening will be held. All inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the Message Center on WorkdaySpend, and no other communication channels will be acknowledged. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and will select the proposal deemed most advantageous, regardless of price, based on the respondent’s qualifications and ability to effectively support the Charter Review Committee.
