Scope: This RFQ is to identify a consultant to provide professional consulting services to assist the City in evaluating redevelopment feasibility for the City Hall/Civic Center site and prepare a future developer solicitation for a public-private project that includes a new City Hall and related housing or other compatible redevelopment of the Site.
Qualified companies are invited to submit an online proposal to the City no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Notes: A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026 at La Mesa City Hall and virtually.
Questions related to this RFQ must be submitted through the PlanetBids system and will only be accepted through 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
