The U.S. Department of Agriculture in Hilo, Hawaii has a requirement for commerically available consumables (sequencing flow cells and reagents) for the Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION Single Molecule Nanopore Sequencer. Specifially, Forty Eight (48) SpotON Flow Cells and Reagents (Product FLO-MIN107.48) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Oxford Nanopore Technologies under authority of FAR 13/6.302. Interested persons may identify thier interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 3 business days of this publication will be considerered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretio of the Government. Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement.
