SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.1. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intent to issue a sole source contract modification to N00421-23-G-0005 / N00421-24-F-0184 with Dayton T. Brown, Inc. of 1175 Church Street, Bohemia, New York using the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  


This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotes or request for information. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government and the Government is not considering responses to this notice.
