This site visit involves a 10-mile hike with 2,743 ft elevation gain. This amendment uploads attachments as follows: Attachment 7 Leconte Lodge Llama operations plan, Attachment 8 - Equine-related from 2024 GRSM Superintendent's Compendium 2, Attachment 9 - Site Visit Details, Attachment 10 - Questions Amendment 2. The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for services required to demolish the recreation building from the Mt. LeConte Lodge area. Location of Recreation building is on Mt. LeConte. This site is a remote location and limited access by way of trails. Airlift services are anticipated for Contractors mobilization of equipment and materials, as well as the removal of demolished materials and demobilization.
