Full Description

Eng Project # 22-002 Long Lake NWR Barn Demolition 1. 100% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors, Size Standard $16.5M. This solicitation is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. All reference to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instruction in section L of the solicitation. A responsive proposal shall consist of at minimum a Price Proposal, Technical Proposal and Relevant Past Performance. 4. Any request for information or request for a site visit must be received no later than 29 April 2022 via e-mail at contact@example.gov by 12:00 PM MST. 5. Proposals must be received via e-mail to Miguel Martinez at contact@example.gov no later than 6 May 2022 by 5:00 PM MST.
