The contractor will provide comprehensive weekly and monthly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment plants at the Gray Lodge Wildlife Area in Butte County and the Upper Butte Basin Wildlife Area in Butte and Glenn Counties, California, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. This includes performing water testing, removing waste and debris, restoring damaged facilities, and adhering to strict inspection schedules during Monday through Friday hours from 3:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding state holidays. All work must comply with California Code of Regulations Titles 8, 19, and 24, NFPA standards, ACI, ASTM, UL, AWS, SMACNA, CAL/OSHA, ADA, and the 2025 California Building, Fire, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes, as well as manufacturer specifications. Contractors must hold either a CSLB C-36 Plumbing or C-55 Water Conditioning license, along with SWRCB D2 or higher and T2 or higher certifications.
