P325 HUMAN PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTER

The experience submissions should highlight projects with similar size, scope, and complexity—specifically, new construction of large institutional or commercial buildings with a minimum of 30 million dollars in final cost and 40,000 square feet or more. The government emphasizes the importance of demonstrating experience with key construction elements such as fire protection, HVAC, high bay construction, civil work, telecommunications, and foundation support, among others. The procurement process will consider responses received by December 18, 2024, and may result in a set-aside for small businesses if sufficient interest is demonstrated; otherwise, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
