This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24626Q0797 will be issued on or about August 25, 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 06, Network Contract Office NCO 06, Fayetteville VAMC located 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301 intends to solicit for scrap metal & waste removal service contract via a Firm-Fixed Price contract. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA) database under the applicable NAICS. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Small Business Certification (sba.gov).
