Marine Atlantic Inc. Invitation to Tender 317-172-026 / 262479.09 PAB MDO Pipeline Upgrades Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) invites offers from qualified Vendors for the PAB MDO Pipeline Upgrades Project. The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.   The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal at Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.1.       Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. 1.2. Contractor shall supply the materials, labour and equipment for the work associated with the surface preparation and application of coatings for the MDO pipeline infrastructure. Area of application include: 1.2.1.    Coating of piping, flanges and valves at indicated locations. 1.2.2.    Coating of structural steel piping supports at indicated locations. 1.3. Contractor shall supply the materials, labour, equipment and testing for the replacement of the indicated flange bolts utilizing hot-bolting methods. Flange assemblies associated with bolt replacement to be leak tested following replacement. 1.4. Contractor shall supply the materials, labour and equipment required to secure existing cabling at indicated locations. 1.5.
