Scope: The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), in cooperation and funding by METRO, VCTC, California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), proposed to rehabilitate the Pacific Surfliner Corridor on the Ventura County Line (SCRRA’s Ventura Subdivision).
