AMENDMENT 1: This amendment is for clarification and to remove any ambiguity. In the solicitation document the offer has a due date of 3PM ET on October 2, 2019. That is incorrect. The correct solicitation due date is as listed on FedBizOpps and the synopsis. The correct solicitation due date is 13 September, 2019 at 1PM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (synopsitation hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a commercial item, i.e. Packing & Crating Services as described under the attachment titled - Performance Work Statement (PWS). The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
