Full Description

The Embassy of the United States in Kyiv, Ukraine, will launch, via the Internet, a solicitation to require Packing and Crating services of inbound and outbound Household effects, vehicles, containerized shipments, delivery and unpacking of incoming Household effects and general cargo, and other related services. The resultant contract will be a fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity for one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the US Government. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may elect to award a single contract or multiple contracts for the same services to two or more sources under this solicitation. The US Government is issuing the solicitation on the FedBizOpps and the Embassy webpage during the month of September - October. No paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered but electronic submissions will not be accepted. Please see the RFP for the actual response date. We understand that in accordance with Host Government Laws, only companies which are residents of Ukraine are allowed to provide packing and shipping services.
