Shipbuilding National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Compliant
The following Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Certification is requested from suppliers with each product shipment. Note to depots: A copy of this is to accompany each product shipment, similar to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Paper copies of the VOC certifications are to be provided with each product shipment. The certificate document is separate from the MSDS but will be included with all product shipments accompanying the MSDS. For items shipped to consignees identified by mailing address as agency depots, distribution centers or customer supply centers, the Contractor shall provide one copy of the NESHAP Shipbuilding Batch VOC Certificate in or on each shipping container. If affixed to the outside of each container, the NESHAP Batch Certificate must be placed in a weather resistant envelope.
