The Government has a requirement for a multi-metal paint stripper in accordance with the Statement of Work. The multi-metal paint stripper is to be used throughout Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) with the primary use in Building 409 (Component Painting Facility) and Building. 474 (Engine Shop). This requirement is for a quantity of material not to exceed 22,000 gallons or eighty 275 gallon totes per year. This will be 100% set aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System Code is 325199. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(a); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal. All questions need to be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact no later than Wednesday, 11 June 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. The solicitation will close Monday, 23 June 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. All solicitation responses must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
