AI Contract Overview
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to submit bids for tree trimming and pruning services across various locations within the Town. These services must comply with the American National Standards Institute (ANSIZ133-2017) and Palm Beach County Landscape Code 500-35. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related costs needed to complete the work as specified. While estimated quantities are provided, actual work locations and amounts may vary annually, and invoicing will be based on actual services performed. Bids must be submitted online through the Town’s eProcurement platform, with a non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting offered to address questions and clarify requirements. The contract will begin on October 1, 2026, coinciding with the Town’s 2027 fiscal year, and will last for one year initially, with up to four optional one-year renewals contingent upon performance and budget approval. Award will be granted to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting all requirements. Vendors are reminded that the Town will not consider social or political factors when determining responsibility. Communication is strictly managed through designated procurement representatives under a Cone of Silence policy, and technical support for submission platforms is available through specified contacts.
