Interest in holiday attractions and activities has grown significantly alongside the community over the past several years. Annually, the City hosts the Winterfest Light Parade, which runs along El Mirage Rd and culminates in a large event at Bill Gentry Park, offering activities, entertainment, and photo opportunities. This large-scale signature event attracts over 7,000 community members at once. The City is looking to expand and improve lighting and holiday decorations to offer a truly unique experience that invites visitors to interact with displays, capture memories through photos, and complement the City's events and activities throughout the holiday season. The City intends to host a small kickoff to the holiday light displays at an annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall on the first Monday after Thanksgiving each year. In accordance with City of El Mirage Procurement Code, proposals for Holiday Lighting and Decoration Services will be received by the City of El Mirage Purchasing Administrator at the specified location until 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 . Proposals received by the correct date and time shall be considered. Proposals shall be in the actual possession of the City of El Mirage Administration on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above.
