The solicitation issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center seeks quotations for six shipboard alarm panels, specifically the NFS-320 model manufactured by Honeywell International Inc. These panels are intended to replace existing AFP-200R units on 110 WPB and 210 WMEC vessels. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R and ISO/IEC-16388-2007 bar-coding standards, with failure to meet these packaging, packing, marking, or bar-coding requirements resulting in rejection and return of the items. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price purchase on an all-or-none basis to responsible vendors offering the lowest price that meet all technical and regulatory requirements. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Subpart 12.6, with a response deadline of November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST.
