The contract solicits two units of a Modular Hanging Trauma Panel, designated by NSN 6530-01-515-7651, designed for rapid deployment in combat casualty evacuation scenarios to organize and provide immediate access to critical medical equipment. Constructed of black Cordura nylon, the panel features four full-width interior storage pockets, one half-panel bellows pocket, and multiple MOLLE-compatible modular pockets, all labeled with low-light-visible removable tags for operational effectiveness in low-visibility environments. It is engineered for seamless integration with military aircraft, ground vehicles, and field facilities, supporting “tail gate” medicine anywhere on the battlefield. The product must conform to the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced via RA001 and RP001, with marking and packaging strictly adhering to Medical Marking Standard No. 1 (MMS No. 1), which supersedes MIL-STD-129, and preservation and packing in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and Special Packaging Instruction MPpWN00001. Delivery is required within five days ADO to Annville, PA, under FOB Destination terms. The solicitation, issued under SPE2DH-26-T-4158 by the Department of Defense’s Medical Supply Chain FSH, is a small business set-aside with an award potentially subject to automated processing unless first article testing is required.
