Solicitation # W5J9CQ27RA001
The U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC), under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to award an unrestricted Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the High-Resolution Three-Dimensional Geospatial Information Operations and Technology Integration program. This initiative focuses on providing high-fidelity geospatial foundation terrain mapping, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Special Intelligence products to the Army, U.S. government, coalition partners, and host nations. The scope of work includes aerial flight operations, multi-INT sensor integration, automated data processing, and scalable storage and dissemination across both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor will utilize a variety of platforms, including BuckEye I and BE III manned aircraft, higher-altitude platforms, and Unmanned Aerial Systems, deploying technologies such as topographic and bathymetric LiDAR, Synthetic Aperture Radar, Hyperspectral Imaging, and commercial satellite imagery. The anticipated contract is structured with a ten-year ordering period, consisting of a five-year base period and five one-year option periods, with a projected start date of September 29, 2027.
