The Alaska Air National Guard, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), AK has a requirement to purchase the SOV3-HH-398 Parachute System, Item # CPS-SOV3-HH-398, main canopy with hardware and nomex, reserve canopy, cypress military solo and standard gear bags w/front pocket. Firms that believe they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer that they meet all specifications and can furnish these items.
