The project would conduct geotechnical investigations of sites for the potential siting of a wastewater treatment plant. The investigations would include test borings at the potential sites, along with review of all available documents pertaining to site geology and groundwater. The information obtained would be used to inform the feasibility, design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant that, with construction of a pipeline collection system, would provide sewer service for the Town of Paradise, which currently has no such service.
