Subsurface Interval Pressure Internet Database Subscription

The Railroad Commission of Texas is soliciting bids for a ten-month internet database subscription, running from October 8, 2026, through August 31, 2027, to provide subsurface interval pressure data for the Greater Permian Basin, including the Delaware Basin, Midland Basin, and Central Basin Platform. The required service includes an online geospatial platform featuring simulated reservoir pressure data derived from machine learning and historical reporting, as well as satellite-based InSAR data for monitoring surface deformation. Key deliverables consist of frequently updated vertical and horizontal deformation monitoring, formation pressure maps in Shapefile, Raster, and CSV formats, and comprehensive user training including manuals and reference guides.
