Miners Health and Safety Administration (MSHA), Triadelphia WV has a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction - repaving parking lot at the Administration and Certification Center. This project is located in Triadelphia, WV. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract using RFQ Best Value - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is a 100% Small business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $15 million under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude of this project is: Between $100,000 and $250,000. The intent of this project will be to repave the parking lot which is approximately 80,500 square feet, including all prep work, finishing and clean up. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).www.sam.gov. A site visit has been scheduled for Monday April 27, 2020 at 8:00 AM at the Approval and Certification Center, 765 Technology Drive, Triadelphia WV 26059. Potential offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors must return an signed copy of the 1442 form and the following completed provisions ; 52.225-9, 52.204-8, 52.204-17, 52.204-20, 52.209-11, 52.219-1, 52.222-22. Quotations must be received by Jennifer McKeever, Contract Specialist no later than 1:00 PM (EDT) on May 5, 2020. Quotations will be accepted by e-mail at McKeever.Jennifer@dol.gov. This requirement is contingent on the availability of funds. Funds are not presently available.
