Please find attached the Notice 11-233-SOL-00058. Due to a relocation of offices within the Program Support Center, parking permits are needed at the new location of 7700 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814. MarcParc, Inc. is the sole parking operator for parking spaces at the above required location. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirements. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 812930 and the Size Standard is $35.5M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
