The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for language training (French as a second language (FSL) and English as second language (ESL) in the Ontario Region (O Division). The period of the standing offer will be for one (1) year with two (2) one-year options. Training must be provided virtually using MS Teams. To carry out the tasks outlined in Annex A, Appendix 2, each Offeror must propose four (4) teachers for French second language training and/or one (1) teacher for English second language training. There may be a requirement for up to 6 French as a second language instructors. The classes must be offered at the following levels: Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, Advanced.
