In accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 this requirement is sole sourced to: Orbital ATK, 9401 Corbin Ave, Northridge, CA 91324 due to CMBRE is the only test set approved by the Weapons Systems Explosive Safety Review Board (WSESRB) for conducting BIT/Reprogramming operations on MILSTD 1760 Air Launch Weapons. Orbital ATK is the sole manufacturer of CMBRE. As such, they are the only vendor that can provide the specific parts that that are approved by WSESRB for use in the CMBRE test set.
