This contract solicits a Parts Kit, Friction, identified by NSN 2520-01-685-9087, with a firm quantity of 14 kits, no variance allowed, to be delivered within 120 days after award. Delivery is FOB origin, with inspection and acceptance occurring at destination. All items must comply with stringent packaging, preservation, and marking standards per MIL-STD-2073-1E, Appendix D, which requires each kit to be individually packaged with adequate protection for the most critical component, using the highest applicable preservation method to prevent corrosion or damage. Hardware must be contained in sealed containers within each kit and cannot be shipped in bulk; no additional sorting or repackaging by the government is permitted.
