Full Description

AMEND 3: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirements, specifically on "on-site set-up/installation" based on vendor questions so all will know the detailed answers and clarification. Also, the Solicitation closing has been extended (see Combo Synopsis Solicitation v4. So to clarify the set-up/installation, the vendor must provide and will be responsible for the hook up of water and hard wiring electric. There is a junction box already wired to the location for the voltage that is required. The distance for both water and electric are between 4 to 8 feet, and the parts washer can ventilate inside of the building. Also of note, the machine will be shipped to the USPFO Warehouse per the SOW, and then the MN Guard will get it into place at the final destination and installation spot, which is at a new facility in New Ulm, MN. Submit questions to the POC listed below. AMEND 2: The purpose of this amendment is to add an updated Statement of Work (SOW) version 3 (v3) which clarifies the requriements for both on-site setup/installation and on-site training. Both of these requirements are to be quoted along with the parts washer unit itself. Submit questions to the POC listed below. AMEND 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add an updated Statement of Work (SOW) version 2 (v2) which clarifies and adds requirements, and to extend the closing date to 20 May 2022. This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation and is for the purchase of a Parts Washer. See the attached Combo RFQ and the Statement of Work (SOW) for full details and requirements.
