Pasteur Court Apartments - 33-Unit Affordable & Supportive Housing

Pasteur Court LP is soliciting proposals for preconstruction and construction services to develop the Pasteur Court Apartments, a 33-unit affordable and supportive housing community in Ventura, California. The project consists of a three-story, U-shaped residential building featuring 30 one-bedroom units and 3 two-bedroom units, including a manager's unit, along with approximately 2,838 square feet of common areas such as a community room and supportive services offices. Key project requirements include CALGreen compliance, Green Point Gold Rating, and adherence to California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) standards. Sustainability goals include solar PV targeting 100% energy offset, EV charging, and Dark Sky-compliant lighting. At least 15% of the units must be fully accessible.
