The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, has a requirement for a commercially available Patient Flow and Queue Management System, ACF Technologies Q-Flow Brand Name or Equal, for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Pharmacy Department.


The requirement includes software and licensing, hardware, implementation, installation, system and workflow configuration, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support necessary to provide a fully operational patient flow and queue management solution. The system will support patient check-in, virtual queuing, appointment management, queue monitoring, patient notifications, digital signage, reporting, administrative dashboards, audit logging, role-based access, and related patient flow management functions.


The proposed solution shall operate as a standalone application within the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility network and shall comply with the operational, performance, cybersecurity, and other requirements identified in the solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW).


The anticipated period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
