The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Southeastern Contracting Division, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD 21702, is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal Patient Safety Specialist services (15 full time positions) at Medical Treatment Facilities throughout the United States with a period of performance of 01 November 2024 through 28 February 2025. These services are currently being provided under firm fixed-price contract N6264519C0004, held by Synensys, LLC, 145 Governors Square, Suite D, Peachtree City, GA 30269. The contract has a one-year base period and 5 option periods (4 one-year option periods and 1 two-month option period) with a total price of $9,764,910.78. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is R706, Support - Management: Logistics Support. The requirement was competed under solicitation N6264519R0005 as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
