The proposed contract requires the development of a Total Chance Plan (TCP) in the BCTS Operating Agreement Areas within TFL49, along with completing timber and road reconnaissance to support it. The objective is to develop a viable plan to harvest BCTS Okanagan-Columbia’s undercut of approximately 110,000m³ in TFL49 within the next 1-5 years.A Registered Professional Forester (RPF) or a Registered Forest Technologist (RFT) will be required to complete the work outlined in the contract. Field reconnaissance will require working in various conditions, including isolated areas. Activities will include but are not limited to block planning, assessments (blocks, roads, bridges, terrain, forest health, wildlife, visuals, etc.) and the delivery of Block Reconnaissance Reports.Contract deliverables will be planned for completion throughout the fiscal year to meet the business area quarterly targets.
